Bad Quality Chicken Licken Horizon View - Roodepoort

I ordered spicy wings from Chicken Licken Horizon View last week via Mr Delivery. Food quality was the worst? Chicken arrived as old chicken refried, the colour was very dark and chicken very hard. It lacked taste and the spiciness. Was very distasteful especially for Chicken Licken. Or it seems Horizon View Chicken Licken don't take pride on the quality of food that goes out. Very disappointing!!
