Bad potato spoiling the whole bag

I ordered food at Chicken Licken Vosloorus (Gold spot). Their service is usually outstanding but today for the first time, we got horrible service from Samukelisiwe Zwane. She got got my order wrong and when I asked her to please correct it as it involved more money, she refused and told me she had already swiped the card. No remorse nor solution. Because I was in a rush, I just left.
