Bad management

Good morning,

I would love to lodge a complaint here against Chicken Licken Westgate Mall. Yesterday I bought a family full meal 8 pieces and to my surprise when I get home I find 6 pieces, I immediately called the store and explained everything, my call was referred to this other lady whom told me that they will investigate and call me back. So the lady indeed called me back and said they have a footage which shows that they packed 8 pieces. She asked for my number which shows someone packing an order whilst she(the lady who called me) count the pieces up to 8 but her counting is not a true reflection of the packages the footage shows 6 pieces being packed. Her name on the true caller is Nano Tagane.

I must say I am very furious and disappointed with the bad service I received from this lady, she further asked me to come to the store and see the footage so I have to drive 16 km just to go and see the footage, this is high level of disrespect I mean old as I am how can I take my time to call the store knowing well that I received a correct order, this is not the first time this happens to me at chicken licken the last time I just kept quiet so yesterday what made me mad is that I had visitors and didn't intend to cook. Can I get someone who will get to the bottom of this?
