Bad Food, Service and Rude Staff Members

I was treated very bad at chicken Licken Qwaqwa. I bought wings this morning and upon opening the box, the wings were very stale (I suspect they were yesterday’s). I then called the store to which a lady answered the phone and she was very rude when I asked as to what the reason was for them to give me stale wings as they promised that they only sell fresh meat. The lady hung up on me, I called again to ask for her name, but instead of provide me with her name, she dropped the call in my ears.

I took it upon myself to return to the store, when I got there, I asked for my receipt and the name of the lady who answered the phone but the staff refused to give me her name. they then gang up on me after that lady came forward telling me I have a problem and I am silly (stout) because I like to complain.

Please note I have since returned the wings, took my receipt but did not get my refund.
