Bad food quality

I went to Chicken licken in Tsakane Ext 13 to get myself some zinger wings and chips, I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with the decline in quality at this branch. When this store first launched, the food was fresh, hot, and of great quality. Unfortunately, things have taken a serious turn for the worse. Recently, I was served wings that tasted old and were not even hot. The chips were stale and clearly not freshly prepared. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand that built its reputation on serving hot, fresh meals. Customers should not have to question the freshness of their food. Based on my recent experiences, I will not be purchasing from this particular franchise again. I sincerely hope management addresses these quality issues before more loyal customers are lost.
