Bad Food Quality and customer care

Most horrible food quality everything that I ordered was stale. The chicken had a piece of dishwashing sponge stuck on it. Wings were smaller than my baby finger. I tried to call both the store and the call centre immediately however both weren't answering when I got through the next day the guy told me to email him my slip and pictures of the food and so I did. The manager contacts me the next day to say he has done an investigation and everything seems right in his store and since I didnt bring the meal back to the store there's nothing he can do for me. This was at the gateway branch.
