Bad food quality

I ordered Wings via UberEats this morning. They got delivered but in bad quality. They are hard and dry. I can’t even eat them. I called the chicken licken Branch Midway Mews. The manager said there is nothing they can do if I can’t drive and pick up the new/fresh wings from them. I mean, the reason I ordered through UberEats is because I do not want to drive out. And now I’m sitting here with this dry meat.

Chicken Licken customer care said I must take the matter up with UberEats. I mean UberEats don’t make wings. You really have surprises CHICKEN LICKEN. I take my hat off for you, for such bad customer service. I guess you are happy because the money is on your side.
