Bad food at chiken licken

We bought 21 piece chiken at the new Newlands sasol garage on main road. We ask for 6 hot and 15 plain Chicken. They give us only hot chicken and when the kids start to eat it burnt there mouth and also some of the pieces still had the stomick full of mielies. We came to refund and they refused to help.
