Bad customer service from untrained staff!

I am very disappointed about the service I got today at their restaurant, first of the workers there looked bored of their job, I got there and greeted them, no one answered, okay I paid for the food I ordered. When they called my order number and when I got up to get it, they had put it on the counter and when I got there there was was no one to hand it over to me or say “here’s your meal and or enjoy your meal” instead one staff member walked passed me and I had to just grab my meal and leave. I’m never going back there!
