Bad customer service at chicken licken

Today I went to chicken licken at Jubilee mall to buy some hot wings snack and soul sister 6,made a mistake when ordering immediately after one customer after me went back to the till to ask if I can rectify instead of soul sister 6 I ordered chicken inn 9 piece,the guy who was assisting me with my order yelled at me in front of other customers n told me there is nothing he can n left me at d till,he walked out I was left there asking for the other staff to assist me.from today I'm no longer going to buy anything at chicken licken Jubilee Mall
