Bad customer service and stinking attitude

I was at cresta around to 12, before I bought I asked the cashier if the big bang meal had chips and she said yes, I bought it with a rock my soul meal. I asked Keneloe to check if there was chips in the big bang meal, she started having the attitude telling me that there's no chips. I told her that the cashier confirmed there was chips and I called the cahier, she apologised sincerely that she had made a mistake and I understood. I bought extra chips because of the way she was apologetic and down to earth. I stood there for over 15 mins and no one was attending my order, the cashier asked the Keneloe to assist as I have been waiting for a long time, Keneloe started screaming asking what is she supposed to do because big bang doesn't have chips, I told her not to speak to me like, she had stinking attitude and she was screaming that I don't know what want and what must she do because I want chips. I told her I had t buy extra chips and she told me I mustn't come and spoil her day. I was very degraded, she is very disrespectful and she has a bad attitude, she spoke to me as if she was speaking to her friend. She must be seriously dealt with, I need her to apologise to my face.
