I went in on the 23rd Feb 2024 at 13:40 to buy Lunch meal my order number #3071. I ordered and proceeded to the next window to pay while was in phone call I stopped about 5 to 10 second taking out my purse so that I can pay. Sweetness Mashiane said Go to the packing lot you will come back, I looked behind not even one car was behind me that I was delaying someone. She immediately closed the window that I must go, I took off my card paid and she shouted that she works with time and harshly close the window, PLEASE @CHICKEN LICKEN TRAIN THE STAFF HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW SWENESS TREATED ME TODAY.
