Bad customer service

This morning I received the worst service from chicken licken in Kwa Thema, the place was practically empty when I got there. No one at the till but staff just standing there, one guy infront. After like 10 minutes of waiting without being attended to I asked,if someone can help, they call the cashier Thuli( no name tag,I had to ask) from the back,she slowly comes through and no apology whatsoever but asked what I would like. Last time the wings tasted and smelt like the were made from old burnt oil.
