Bad customer service

I call chicken Licken to deliver my order at my workplace as I was served, the guy who picked the phone asked me to hold and then put the phone on the side for more than 3 mins without putting the call on hold or mute. he was chatting on the background while i was waiting to place an order. This is bad service , people should take pride in theirs jobs, if you don't want the job then quit. its my money and i work hard for it.<br> <br>
