Bad customer service

Had a horrible experience at chicken licken attlyn in Atteridgeville When i had to wait in line and watch the staff chatting socially with a customer who seemed to be a friend. What made the experience worse was finding an old lady by the door who said she had been waiting for over 20min for her order to called out while she watched people walk in and out
