Bad customer service

Sucking service . we were assisted by a lady by the surname Mthombeni she ws the only one in the counter around 8:15 I'm not 100% sure of her name. We ordered 2 rock my souls with chips. Upon paying we realised the is a special when you buy Rock my soul straight."hot sauce" we kindly asked her to reverse the transaction since we love the sauce. She denied assisting us and insisted that the is no manager nor supervisor to reverse. We then asked for our money back and she gave us without hesitation. How ironic, how could she have reversed it alone if she couldn't do another transaction for us. So stupid of her.
