Bad customer service

I had a very very very poor service at the jane furse branch<br> They didnt want to help me because the person i was with did not park right<br> Like wat on earth is that rule coming from<br> <br> N they did not speak to me in the appropriet manner<br> Mathabo nape,tebogo mariri and the manager were so unprofessional about it and they kept talking to themselves and laughing about i<br> <br> I need a very clear disciplinary action against them and i want all of them to apologise to me for the way i was treated<br> <br> Thats not customer service
