Bad customer service

Chicken licken n12 Potcheftsroom room ,the service is very bad ,I bought wings and just before I went out thebstire I could feel they are cold. And when I went back to the counter to inform the packer who advised the guy who works there not sure if he's the manager, without even talking to me he advised the cashier to give me my money back.
