Bad customer service

I went to Chicken licken Berea opposite DUT. We went into the Drive through and as we were trying to order, the lady who was taking our order was very rude, telling us to hurry. We ask for 1 min as the kids couldn't decide on Ice cream and she told us 1min was too long. We apologized and went to the next window to pay. We found the same lady and she told us we have to wait for 4min , so we asked why was she rushing is if we still have to wait. She asked if we would like to continue with payment or not. As that was not enough, the lady on the last window was also very rude
