bad chicken and short order

last night we bought the family meal at chicken licken roodepoort, when we reached home we realized that they didnt pack the soul fire sauce, my husband very disappointed called them immediately on the number ********** 185 and told the guy that answered "which didnt state his name" we live atleast 20min away from the store, the guy firstly argued if we bought and paid for the item, and if we are sure it wasnt packed. i personally paid at the till and when the guy behind the counter took the food from the back he didnt even check the slip to make sure that everything ordered was in there he just tore the receipt after calling the number and pulled the other receipt from the bag. then to our dismay when eating the chicken was fried rock hard and so dry you could almost choke on it. i was so disgusted. this is becoming really bad at the service. the guy that answered the call told my husband he would call back in 10min and till this hour nothing.
