Bad Bad Customer Service

<p>Good Day Hellopeter</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 6th of august 2016 i drove to chicken licken in dobsonville next to dobsonville police station to buy 8 wings meal by 2 for me my fiance and my cousin with his fiance and i was on fly thru, the lady by the name of Matepa Qhalane which served us she told me they do not have chips(with attitude and what happened is i told the people wich i was with in the car that this chicken licken its nonsense always when i come here i must experince something funny/bad customer service after she heard me saying that she then responded by saying i must go buy at the suburbs because that is loction means(township) and i started been cross and i asked for a manager and the lady by the name of Elizabeth Mojuba came with the security guy and asked the guy to tell us that they have decided not to sell for us without even talking to me and wanting to find out what should be the issue and we waited like for an hour without any assistance and by that time we are in a fly thru you can imagine the queue,it was stucked and people started fighting us and when the security guy tried to stop the fight the lady by the name of Elizabeth Mojuba told the security guy not to stop the fight.</p> <p>I have not opened the case against the chicken licken and the other customers which assaulted us.</p> <p>Kindly please assist in this regard because our lifes were in the danger, what if we have been ****ed or we ****ed someone.</p> <p>I request that the two ladys at chicken licken must apologise to us by writting and verbal and also infront of the owner of the restaurant.</p> <p>Kind Regards<br />Mokupi Matlou</p> <p> </p>
