BAD ATTITUDE IN POLOKWANE

I would like to report bad service I received from Cnr Grobler & Church outlet, the is a gentleman who normally assist us by Drive Thru, He took an order and made a mistake by not letting the order go through and I had to go through a Drive Through to order again

The 2nd incident happened 1st August 2022, I ordered on a Drive Through, when I arrived on a window to pay, I waited with no assistance until I went on a last window they refused to process my order and saying I must go back to pay from the last window, I felt my time was wasted by going back to the Drive Through to order, the is a lady who gave me attitude who was the supervisor, I was never assisted I had to leave.

This behavior is uncalled for, can something be done with this people giving us attitude, this attitude is continuing on a daily basis, this Chicken Licken has bad service.
