Bad attitude at Chicken Licken Wesgate Mall

I was given an incorrect order at Chicken Licken Westgate and when I came back the the lady at the kitchen gave me an attitude as if I was not there as a client. I ordered big John meal and 6 wigs and instead of giving me wigs they gave me chips. So I had to drive back to the store and the lady gave me an attitude as if I didn’t pay for this food and even if she found out that she was wrong still she didn’t even apologize. Is this how customers are treated??? I was sooooo upset my Sunday has been ruined
