Bad attitude and very poor service

We were the only white people in the store,maybe this is what Chicken Licken try to do, Not helping whites...We went there on Sunday, 1 Nov 2015, placed our order at 14:29, seated and waited, was not that busy, another family came in after us and by 14h45 they got their order, I went to inquire about our order the cashier said they are still busy, I waited till 14h55 and went back and once again where told they are still busy. Orders after us left already. At 15h05 I went back to query and where once again told they are still busy. I then asked the cashier why has it been more than 35 minutes, was very rudely informed they are busy and I must just wait...I lost my temper and asked to explain to me why does this take so long, she just showed to the back and continue her job. I asked to speak to manager which came and said we must just wait they forgot to prepare enough boneless wings and will take another 16 min in which i asked her why was this not prepared when the order was placed, she rudely said she doesnt know, we must wait, I asked to be refunded and she said to the cashier give there money so they can hamba as we dont need there money. Will never ever support Chicken Licken
