Bad Attitude and service + Poor food quality

I went to Chicken Licken North Riding on 10/02/2016. Upon placing my order the person at the till was not hearing me out, until I had to say again, can you help me please, she then referred me to the next person, who then referred me to the next person, who then referred me to the next person who was taking drive thru orders. She then said to the other ladies that they should help me as she was taking drive thru orders. After all of that , one of them helped me but I had to repeat my order 3 times. i HAD ALSO PLACED AN ORDER for Ice Cream and Milk shake. Upon giveing me part of my order, I asked for the ice cream and milkshake, then the lasies realised that they forgot about it and I had to wait another 10 minutes.<br> The foods was dry and had poor quality.<br> I hope to hear back from you regards this issue
