Bad attitude and service from staff

The Chicken licken in Tswelopele Thembisa gives people bad client service. The trainees even give an attitude. I waited for over 30 minutes for an order that they said would take 5 minutes, the place wasn't busy as it was still in the morning and a Trainee by the name of Thabiso if that's his real name gave me a bad attitude when I asked about my order, he even laughed in my face. Even other other customers were complaining that they were slow. I'm very disgusted by the attitude they give customers especially by a Trainee somebody who is still new on the job already dragging the company name down the mud.
