bad attitude and service

I went to chicken licken rosettenville yesterday I ordered a lunch meal a slider snack 3 and boneless wings I drove home and when I got there the boneless wings was not in the packet I tried phoning the store but it continuously rang and rang so I drove back to the store and spoke to Ivan the lady didn't even ring the right item on the slip the staff in the kitchen arguing that it was in the packet. And in his own language him and colleagues were saying that im lying I mean why would I drive all the way from alberton back to rosettenville for R20 food it costs me more to drive back to the store for a mistake the store made. I do not want to deal with Ivan or any staff in that store and I will definitely not be supporting any chicken licken stores again in the future.
