Bad attitude and laughing about it

Good day, I was buying Hotwings not knowing a refreshment was included, the person who served me first had very good customer service but the lady who gave me my order was Rude, when she asked me what flavor am I going to have I responded showing that I was not sure if its included, she just stared at me that to me said a lot and I told her, after she gave me my order as I was sitting she was laughing with her friend making fun of me and that did I not see that a drink is included next thing I will come back with a complaint, she then started singing in Zulu about how they'll fix me. I have never experinced such service at chicken licken until today
