Bad Attitude and Inconsistency

Went 2 buy food & decided 2 buy ice cream in a cup dat has romany creams or oreo, with brown & pink sauce, we paid R16.90x2 then the guy helping us asked Zanele 2 prepare the ice cream 4 us, Zanele asked which sauce, i didnt understand what she meant & i said both because i normally buy this ice cream from other branches & never asked which sauce, she then said we must either choose betwn chocolote or raspberry, i told her that i normally buy this ice cream with 2 sauces & wow i must tell you, her pathetic attitude was outstanding, she told us you choose 1 sauce & it has never happened that they serve this ice cream with 2 sacues, when i asked her why other branches serve it like that, she said they're not following the rules, she then turned & asked Nomsa & without looking at us she just said 1 sauce, out of anger i told them to cancel my order & guess what they gladly did so, MY QUESTION 2 CHICKEN LICKEN IS WOULD YOU RATHER LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR A MERE SAUCE ???even after i requested my order to b cancelled, Zanele continued to speak in her zulu language regarding the sauce issue, i got really upset & asked her to show me where its stated 4 me 2 choose, she couldnt,
