bad attitude

The lady who was serving us our meals, called out our number but instead started giving the people whom she called after us their meals while I showed her our receipt 1st. She then have us our meal with a bad look on her face as if she was paying for our meal.You are going to loose customers if you treat your customers like this and I'd advise you to take your employees for customer service classes
