Bad and poor service at chicken licken

I ordered hot wings party sixteen together with hot sauces but they said there are no hot sauces, to my surprise how is it that there where no soul fire, so cashier responded that the owner locks them inside the store room, the lady in the kitchen responded right across saying I should wait for 14:30 when the owner comes as it was only 14:00 when I was there, I said to them no that's not possible then the same lady who was in the kitchen laughed out loud, I asked her what is laughing at or why is she laughing she just said to me what do you want me to do?
