Attitude problem

At around 6:20 pm I was making an order for Rock my soul 3 a lady named Thuli was so rude telling me there is no soul fire pieces. I then asked her to use the normal pieces that were not soulfire pieces and also add soulfire sauces to my meal. She then respond rudely not even being bothered to assist me in buying food or giving me an alternative option so I can order something to eat. If this is how they treat customers then I suppose I will have to change where I buy. Deeply appalled
