Appaulled

<p>Never have I been this amused I'm my life,came to the store in West Street Durban,to buy a hot wing snack as always,only to be tild they don't sell it at this time,as of 12 noon it's not sold,mind u!!! I always buy it on my way home to fulfil the crave,cashier told me they are no longer selling it,not that I can't afford it but I don't see why I have to buy 6-10 wings where as I can buy 4 wings ...now my question is why have it on the menu and on the rack,cooked and ready but tell me I can't have it unless I but something more expensive,sent an inbox to their Facebook page,respinse says I must use my own airtime to call client services and lay the complaint!!!where is the customer centricity,does that even exist with the franchise </p>
