Appalling service

I was appalled by the service received from both Maponya mall chicken licken and vikings. I called Maponya mall at 2 minutes past 10 to place an order for collection and I was told they are closed and when I questioned why as their trading hours reflect as 22:30 pm I was told that at 22:30 they are leaving the store. Can you please clarify to your staff what trading hours are unless you are hiring *********** staff who don't give a danm about customers.when asked who are I was speaking to she hesitated before she confirmed her name is Caroline not even certain if that's her flipping name. I then proceeded to vikings and they close at 23:00 and when I got there at 22:10 I was told all they are selling is normal meat pieces only, no wings , no burgers, no hot meat, no chips nothing. How pathetic and low can it get, why the hell do you say you open till a certain time and then want to dictate to me what to have. Might as well close at 21:00 and serve me what I want rather than pretending to be serving customers till 23:00. As much as I love chicken licken I would rather be caught dead than ever go back there.
