Appalling service

I bought food at the drive thru and i was charged but there was an error with the swipping device as i was told by the person helping me and i showed them an sms from my bank that i was charged still i was told to pay again which i did as i was told within 24hours it will reflect back in my account, firstly i cannot pay R296 for a R148 meal and drive 30mins from were i live to come there and tell the stupid manager they called who insulted my intelligence but all i know is i want my money back till today 24hrs has passed
