Appalling Service

I am a ***** of chicken licken and I have always loved the quick service. But on Sunday I had to wait a total of 40 minutes for a simple Rock My Soul. The cashier who took my order did not bother to make me aware that they had run out of chicken. And that right there is my problem, I dont mind waiting when I know why I am waiting and how long I will be waiting. Chicken Licken Actonville needs to do better honestly! This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable.
