Appalling customer service at Chicken Licken Secunda

I ordered 24 hot wings through Chicken Licken Secunda. The guy delivered my food while on the phone of which my 13 year old son collected the order, upon him coming to me eating a plate of chips of which I told him to stop eating as order was wrong.

I then called delivery guy to come back to collect the order as it was wrong & he indicated that he needed to do more deliveries and will bring my order once done with current deliveries.

I then asked for contact details of his supervisor of which I called and explained that I noticed the order was wrong as my son had started eating it and asked for this to be rectified.

The right order was then delivered again I explained to delivery guy that this order my son ate without knowing if it was right order. When delivery guy got to chicken licken with returned food called me to say the ladies at restaurant are demanding I pay for the eaten food & again I explained. He then said I needed to speak to the ladies myself of which became a screaming match because the lady was demanding that my son was wrong to eat the order of which I he didn’t know if it was right order or not. Again I explained and she kept insisting I pay and I told her that she can’t blame a child for their incompetence and I will not be paying for it because it was not even half eaten. The screaming match continued until she eventually hung up on me.

I am so appalled with the service and will never order from chicken licken Secunda ever again, I have never been screamed at like that as a customer as if I made the mistake.
