Appaling Service

I went to the Chicken Licken drive thru at Dobsonville last night at 21:33PM.

A guy who was wearing a Security reflector asked me to drive in and order inside because they were about to close and there was little meat available. Three of the cars that were in the drive thru were asked to park inside. We were then asked to order at the window. I ordered a 9 piece and Rock my soul plain and a stoney buddy which amounted to R85, I was told to wait in the car while they prepare my meal and that it will be brought to the car, this was 21:45PM.

I waited in the car for 15 minutes and decided to go in and ask about my order which I have paid for, only to find out it was sold to other customers. I was told my order will be prepared only to find that the stoves were being cleaned.

I got refunded that R85 after waiting almost 30 minutes.

I am extremely appaled at this service.
