Angry customer!!

its been a month since I complained no-one has ever came back to me, is this how chicken licken treat their customers. I lost a brand new cellphone I am still bitter I really love chicken licken most especially their hot wings but they way they are treating their customers its really bad. we will keep on loosing our asserts and they will say no cameras when we need footage.
