Amazing service from The manager in Midlands liberty mall ....chicken licken

I have bought from chicken licken in the Midlands mall and I found a small problem with the meal ...I phoned the manager and I'm still in shock in what beautiful service I have got from him.its amazing how he handle my problem ....he replaced my food with a smile and apolized and plus he gave me a refund on my meal..... He was amazing person ....their chicken is so Devine ...it a pleasure to have a chicken licken in the mall
