Alcohol in a halaal place to eat,,UTTERLEY disgusting

This Sunday we decided to dine at chicken licken in Northview village, which is Halaal and our preferred choice as we are muslims. Much to our amazement, there were a couple of drunk guys with wine glasses on their table and behaving very unruly and made it very clear that they were drunk. HOW DO I KNOW THIS... THE GUY KEPT ON SCREDAMING IM DRUNK SO WHAT.

This was unacceptable to be drinking in an Halaal store. I proceeded to ask for the store manager who was in the back.. His name was KEVIN and he refused to give me his surname...I asked him if he is aware that the guys are consuming alcohol and he says he is very aware. He then mentioned that he had asked one of the ladies to ask them to leave and that alcohol is not permitted, but it is now beyond his control as they refused to leave. My next question to him was, why isint there any security because KEVIN mentioned that a lot of people consume alcohol on this premises but he is scared that HIS LIFE IS ENDANGERED....I then advised him that I have my elders with me and this is utterly disrespectful as we made this chicken licken our choice as it is halaal and close by. He says he is sorry and that there is nothing he can do about it. Guys, my question is, WHERE is the owner, is he MUSLIM and why cant this be controlled with an armed guard or something.

I've noticed camera's in the store, so please look into the footage and be so kind to come back to me with a reasonable resolution. This is disgusting, surely something can be done to maintain the respect.
