A staff member SCREAMED AT A PAYING CUSTOMER!!

I visited the Newlands Chicken Licken branch drive through and was screamed at and treated disrespectfully by a staff member. When I asked for his name, Mfanafuthi gave me a false one. The branch manager Portia was unhelpful when I tried to complain. This speaks to the integrity and lack of customer service support at this branch.
