9:10am and the doors are still locked!!

I just sat outside chicken licken Littleton for 10min in the scorching sun. The sign say it opens at 9:00am but at 9:10 we were still waiting outside. Maybe if the opened the just so that we ovoid standing in the sun, that we be better. Eventually when they open the door 10min later th managers said they were busy. He was unapologetic and his unprofessional behavior. That not how customers must be treated. Especially so early I the morning.
