75 mins and still waiting for my order

I placed a telephonic order for Chicken Licken to be delivered to my work address in Field street Durban, Order was placed at 01:44 pm with the commercial street branch and as I am typing this review I have still not received my order!! I have contacted the commercial street branch 4 times already to which they kept telling me the order was on its way. I had also asked to speak to the manager to which he said that he was too busy to speak to me. He could be heard in the background of the conversation. This branch displays very very poor customer service and unprofessionalism, I am not only left hungry however I am also angry!!! Chicken Licken you need to provide better service to your customers ... I just phoned to cancel the order !!!!
