5days open and food already over cooked and dry

i bought 2 meals one chicken and 5 chips other 8 hot wings coldslaw and 2 slices of toast the chicken was extremely dry and tasteless except for a bit of burn the coldslaw tasteless dont know if they make there own mayonnaise but tasteless dont know why the toast was there a waste. i will never go there again and will tell people of my experience the staff are very badly trained . the whole experience was not good it might be new but food was not good shame on you chicken licken. i hope for an improvement. The chicken dripped with oil .
