50min later still awaiting my order

I have sent in a complaint regarding Chicken Licken Jubilee Mall and still have not received any feedback.

On the 29.08.2017 I went to CL Jubilee Mall and had to wait for almost an hour for my food and eventually cancelled my order. To my surprise, they initially didn't want to cancel my order. so were they intending to forcefully make me food I no longer had interest in?

People that had ordered after me received their orders whilst I was told to wait 20minutes whenever I requested for an estimate of how long to wait for my order. the third time around when I received I that response, I've already have had enough and was waaay too hungry. my order number was 10401 or 40104. The order was 3burgers and hotwings. To my surprise, people that had ordered the same food after me(though in less quantities), received their orders. Only because they knew the staff. A lady that bought a burger @ 18:52 had received her order by 19:00 and even requested her "chomi" to make her another burger but to make it hot.

To make matters worse, the lady I approached initially to complain of the long wait without any reasonable explanation, simply told me that I did not buy from her and thus I should not complain to her. then when I requested for the store manager,the store manager did not even want to come to address my query. When I requested to rate the store, as per the sticker on the window, I was told I had to speak to the manager , who was avoiding me at all cost.

After 50minutes of having to wait for my order, I eventually cancelled my order and requested to be refunded.

Will I get feedback in this regard?
