3hour wait for food

What a terrible experience from pedros overport.i put my order in at 1pm 2hours later still no food!I called at 2pm saying my food has not come the reply I get was its on its way they 1st going to overport then to morningside. So I waited its now 2.45 I call again.....all they said was we going to check we will call you back.They called back saying they not sure what happened the driver is back and cashed up I was so mad! What a pathetic response.I finally got my food 3hours later cold and dry!
