30 Minutes Wait

I placed an order for 12 wings and a Soul 2 at 16:14. I also asked that the Soul 2 they make it a drum stick and a thigh. There was another lady who had waited for so long she asked for he money back. I thought she was exaggerating, but I was wrong. We waited and waited And waited. I even went to my car to wait a while because I was so tired of standing. Even in the car I waited. I go back inside and all I can hear is a man complaining about why the orders are taking so long. The workers were all at the back but then they all came out. The 1 lady shouted that there weren't any chips. But then why don't they tell us. Eventually I get my food be go home. I get home and my Soul 2 has the same chicken pieces. I asked for thigh and drum but I get 2 thighs. The service was bad and my order was wrong!!! So disappointed don't know I went there.
