3 hours of starvation while waiting for delivery

We placed an order at 11am and its 13:45pm and we still waiting.<br> We called more than 5 times, we were told that it would take 1 hour but now its almost the whole day. When we called, the ladies that kept picking up the phone were extremely rude to a point that they even **** and said the driver was contacted (Richard) but when we called him, he knew nothing about the calls. This is not the first time that this has happened. Something has got to be done else why have a delivery system in place if it would still take hours for the delivery???? we are hungry and extremely ****ed off!!!
