2hrs & 45 minutes late delivery

I ordered food at 12h15 and was told that it will be delivered between 45 to an 1hr, which should have made the delivery time. The food arrived at 15h00 cold and no apologies. they first delivered incorrect food at the 13h15 of which i told them that it was not my order. When the food finally arrived the receipt even said arrival time 13h15.<br> I believe that I was not supposed pay for it as it did not even enough Serviettes and the order was for 4 meals. No apology from the driver, an attitude of note.<br> I was called again at 14h20 and told that my food would arrive in 5 minutes and keep a watch out for the delivery guy of which that did not even happen.<br> Very extremely unhappy customer.
